About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Chocolate Sales Connoisseur to join our sales team at Purdys Chocolatier. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our award-winning chocolate products.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
