We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative professional to join our dynamic team as a Building Operator. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Building Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of various buildings. This includes inspecting work from subcontractors and adhering to company policies, safety guidelines, and customer protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal building performance
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and log readings
  • Collaborate with clients and subcontractors on tasks and projects

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in HVAC related technical roles
  • Experience with Building Automation Controls is beneficial
  • Professional certifications are an asset but not mandatory

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Able to work at heights and lift heavy objects
