Keyholder Responsibilities

  • Assist with ensuring great execution and customer satisfaction
  • Recommend products and services to create a healthy and playful life for pets
  • Assist with all store operations and represent the store in the community
  • Prioritize Safety, Compassion, Expertise, and Efficiency in all tasks

What You Do

  • Cashier and customer sales
  • Preparing merchandise orders and banking
  • Placing small items into stock
  • Sweeping, dusting, and general store maintenance
  • Assisting with unloading delivery vehicles
  • Opening and closing the store

What We Look For

  • At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of POS system
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
  • Flexible work schedule and reliable transportation
