We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team in various locations across Quebec. This temporary, on-call position offers the opportunity to make a difference by delivering outstanding customer service at our post office counters.
Your Responsibilities:
- Offer a wide range of postal products and services to both businesses and individual customers.
- Ensure accurate sorting, distribution, and processing of mail.
- Provide clear and concise information to customers, assisting them with forms and inquiries.
- Effectively resolve any delivery or service issues promptly and professionally.
What We Look For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service environments.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- The ability to lift heavy parcels, maintain a standing position for extended periods, and demonstrate flexibility with your availability.
Additional Information:
This posting encompasses multiple Retail Sales Associate positions across various post offices in the Southern Coast region of Quebec. Candidates residing within 50 km of the designated post office may be considered based on operational needs. Security clearance will be required for successful candidates.
