We are looking for skilled candidates for the role of Accounts Payable Associate at our corporate office.

In this position, reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and professionalism. The successful applicant should have a solid background in accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Addressing inquiries related to Accounts Payable from both internal and external sources.
  2. Conducting thorough analysis and processing of invoices, including both manual and purchase order types.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve invoice and credit discrepancies.
  4. Preparing and analyzing reconciliations for vendor accounts.
  5. Executing month-end tasks: reviewing, analyzing, and resolving aged, held, and unprocessed items.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business or Accounting, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  2. Familiarity with accounting software; experience with Dynamics 365 and Exflow is advantageous.
  3. Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  4. Meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  8. Proven aptitude for systems and technology.
  9. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
