Job Description

Overview

IQVIA is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for conducting clinical trials, monitoring site progress, and ensuring compliance with clinical best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in investigator recruitment and on-site evaluation visits
  • Collaborate with ISS to coordinate site activities and obtain regulatory documentation
  • Conduct study initiation, monitoring, and closure activities
  • Train site staff on EDC systems and verify computer systems
  • Ensure adherence to good clinical practices and investigator integrity
  • Perform validation of source documentation and prepare monitoring reports
  • Document clinical trial material and conduct inventory of investigative products
  • Examine clinical data quality and integrity through internal review and on-site source verification
  • May review protocols, FERCs, and study manuals, and prepare study-related documents
  • May serve as primary contact between IQVIA and investigators, coordinating correspondence and ensuring timely transmission of clinical data

Requirements

  • BS/BA/BSc in a life science or healthcare field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in site monitoring/management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience in a clinical research organization (CRO) preferred
  • Previous project team leadership experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of budget management preferred
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 65% to 85%
  • Valid driver's license
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
