About the Role

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for creating a Proof of Concept (POC) that aligns with our metadata strategy and establishes a robust cataloging and business glossary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cataloging Activities
    • Review and apply classifications to data elements within the Purview Data Catalog
    • Apply sensitivity labels to data elements or data assets to adhere to company data policy, information classification, and handling standards, as well as privacy guidelines
    • Align data elements with the Information Model for personal information
    • Expand the business glossary in publication
    • Tagging
    • Sensitivity levels as applicable to privacy guidelines (e.g., personal information sensitivity)
