Axelon Services Corporation is seeking a qualified candidate for a Project Manager/Business Analyst position. This role is pivotal in driving Human Resources initiatives and overseeing Hyperautomation projects that shape the future of HR.
In this capacity, you will be tasked with:
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating and overseeing technical interactions between IT teams and Human Resources.
- Developing and maintaining documentation that aligns with PMO methodologies.
- Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, including developers, engineers, and quality assurance personnel, to ensure effective project delivery.
- Providing support to IT project teams to align with business objectives.
- Adhering to established procedures to guarantee timely completion of project workflows and deliverables.
- Conducting meetings and identifying additional follow-up actions as necessary.
- Managing project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
Additionally, you will:
- Assist with business analysis tasks, such as gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing business processes, and defining business needs.
- Support testing and quality assurance efforts, while providing ongoing assistance and training.
- Oversee project timelines to ensure delivery within scope and schedule.
- Identify and address project risks and issues, implementing contingency plans as required.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in project management and technology.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and project outcomes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members, ensuring access to necessary resources and tools.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and deliver timely updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and security protocols.
- Promote a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a project manager with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience implementing work within an agile framework.
- Background as a Scrum Master.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum transitions.
- Strong work ethic coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to gather requirements for use cases and collaborate on defining project scope.
- Experience in a technical development environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Experience supporting global applications.
- Relevant educational background and/or certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing multiple applications and projects concurrently.
- Knowledge of comprehensive development frameworks.
- Scrum Master certification.
