Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination
    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
    • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on logistics operations, including metrics on efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in logistics operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery by performing routine maintenance and repairs.
    • Develop and implement a maintenance schedule to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, including logistics coordination, reporting, and equipment maintenance.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
