Job Summary:

School District No. 48 (Sea to Sky) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team on an on-call basis. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our schools in the Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties, including lifting furniture and operating cleaning equipment
  • Apply floor coatings and maintain building security
  • Assist with maintenance tasks as assigned by the Manager of Maintenance

Requirements:

  • Completion of Grade 10 and relevant courses or workshops
  • Up to three months of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Knowledge of WHMIS and WCB safety regulations
