Position Overview

As a Childcare Specialist at Tony Hartt, you will play a crucial role in providing nurturing and supportive care for children in a home environment. This temporary position requires dedication and a passion for child development.

Employment Details

• Site: Employer's home

Key Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents.
• Perform light cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
• Travel with the family on trips, assisting with child supervision and household duties.
• Provide care including bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
• Discipline children according to parental guidelines.
• Instruct children in personal hygiene and social skills.
• Maintain records of daily activities and health information for children.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment within the home.
• Organize engaging activities such as games and outings for children.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• Prepare children for rest periods.
• Supervise and care for children at all times.
• Transport children to and from school and appointments.
• Support the emotional well-being of children.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.

Target Audience

• Experience supervising and caring for a multi-aged group of children, including school-age and kindergarten-age children.
• Experience with special needs children, particularly those with autism.
