Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Western Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance, inspections, modifications, installation/dismantling of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct timely inspections, testing, and accurate reporting of equipment defects/deficiencies.
  • Perform timely maintenance services and quality repair of equipment.
  • Provide input to the Maintenance Supervisor for planned and scheduled work and assist with the completion of the committed schedule.
  • Assist with the scoping, estimating, planning, and execution of new work or projects.
  • Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Journeyman Certified Electrician (Red Seal) with a minimum of years' experience.
  • Class license and clean drivers abstract required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to read drawings and schematics.
  • Ability to build and work in a team environment, with a strong commitment to personal and team safety.
