We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team at Xpera. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for handling commercial and personal lines property claims, with some auto experience an asset.
Key Responsibilities- Effective analytical skills to identify cause-and-effect dynamics and draw valid conclusions
- Strong investigative manner to gather and analyze complex information
- Ability to interpret complex documents and perform advanced numerical calculations
- Adjuster's license or completion of CIP courses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations
- University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial and personal lines property claims
- Equivalency in combination of education and experience will be considered
- Ongoing commitment to education and learning
