Key Responsibilities- Dispatch and Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to urgent calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Logistics Planning: Plan and coordinate logistics operations to ensure that goods are delivered on time and in the correct quantities.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on the status of shipments.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that may arise during the transportation process, such as traffic congestion or equipment breakdowns.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows and other software applications.
