C&A Group is seeking skilled Pipefitters/Plumbers to join our dynamic team of Mechanical professionals in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada.

Job Responsibilities
  • Functional knowledge of operations including process piping systems, steam, water, air, gas, sanitary, and hydraulics.
  • Knowledge of Safety & Quality Codes relevant to pipe fabrication (B31.3, CSA Natural Gas and Propane Installations B149-15, 2020 Alberta Plumbing Code).
  • Reading, understanding, and following project drawings, shop drawings, and verbal directions.
  • Installing pipes, supports, and equipment according to drawings.
  • Visualizing and reviewing drawings, 3D models, and project data for material take-offs and pipe runs.
  • Ordering materials and ensuring correct usage.
  • Planning, executing, and supervising projects professionally.
  • Leading production and installation teams.
  • Coordinating production and installation with clients and sub-trades.
  • Training apprentices in safe and professional practices.
  • Executing pressure tests and installing fixtures and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting problems and providing solutions.
Requirements
  • Safety-conscious individual.
  • Functional knowledge of operations including process piping systems, steam, water, air, gas, sanitary, and hydraulics.
  • Knowledge of Safety & Quality Codes relevant to pipe fabrication.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical, structural, and architectural drawings.
  • Pipe fabrication and installation skills.
  • Fine attention to detail.
