Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Northside Esso. As a key member of our retail sales floor team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers and sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory and Merchandising: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient restocking processes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform business decisions.
- Store Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the store, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a retail sales floor or management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
