Cloud IT Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud IT Engineer to join our team at Eminence Talent Group. As a Cloud IT Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based IT infrastructures, ensuring the security and compliance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructures, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and AWS.
  • Web Application Support: Manage and troubleshoot web-based applications and CRM platforms to ensure smooth operation.
  • Cybersecurity: Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures, including monitoring systems and protection tools.
  • IT Solutions Development: Collaborate with senior engineers to design and deploy scalable, reliable IT solutions.
  • IT Policy Development: Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systems and end-users to minimize downtime.
  • Industry Trends: Stay on top of industry trends to continuously innovate IT processes and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-10 years in IT roles, with a focus on cloud infrastructures and security.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS), experience managing web-based applications and CRM platforms, strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and monitoring tools.
