Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Service Installer to join our team at Canadian Tire Kanata (Store 457). As a key member of our service centre, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance on cars and trucks, working in conjunction with licensed technicians and customers to promote a customer-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to store Health and Safety program and provincial occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Perform lube, oil and filter services, as well as remove, install, rotate and balance tires, and perform minor repairs and inspections.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and completing tasks according to instructions.
  • Provide professional customer service and employee support, and participate in staff development initiatives to ensure standards are understood and met.
Requirements and Competencies
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to maintain neatness/cleanliness of bays through regular inspections and complete tasks according to instructions.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, and basic math skills.
