Senior Consultant, Authentication Services Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant, Authentication Services to join our Identity and Access Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our authentication services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvements for Identity and Access Management, leveraging your expertise in market tools such as Microsoft, CyberArk, and ForgeRock.
- Lead the delivery of Modern Authentication Initiatives, collaborating with business teams to implement and adopt CIBC controls, Adaptive MFA capabilities, and access policies.
- Advocate for the improvement of multi-factor authentication processes, controls, and communications across stakeholder groups, consulting with Technology and other LOBs as needed.
- Contribute to the definition of our zero-trust roadmap and policy development, promoting the adoption of the Risk-Based Authentication platform across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance information system security, weighing business needs against security concerns and providing risk-based recommendations.
- Proven experience in Identity and Access Management, with a strong understanding of ITIL Service Lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Adaptive MFA and Passwordless solutions, as well as OAuth, SAML, OpenID, FIDO, SSO, and web protocols such as XML, SOAP, JSON, and REST.
- 5-8 years of experience as an Information Security Consultant or a similar role, with a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- CISSP, CIAM, or CCSP designation is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
