About the Job

NORTEX ROOFING LTD. is seeking a skilled Flat Roofer to join our team. As a Flat Roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing metal roofs using hand and power tools, applying waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces, and installing sheet metal flashings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
  • Install sheet metal flashings
  • Work at heights, in noisy, dusty, and dangerous environments
  • Travel to various locations, including commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential sites
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the roofing industry
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, physically demanding tasks, and repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to travel and work under pressure
  • Dependability, reliability, and team player skills
Work Environment

NORTEX ROOFING LTD. offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development. As a Flat Roofer, you will be working outdoors, at heights, and in various locations. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots, a hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, and a safety harness.
