Physiotherapist Opportunity at Lifemark Northside Physiotherapy

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Northside Physiotherapy in Fredericton, NB. As a Physiotherapist with our clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive compensation package, including a signing bonus and relocation assistance. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary environment, collaborating with other rehabilitation professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
  • Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.

Qualifications
  • Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
  • Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of New Brunswick (CPTNB).
  • Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is a definite plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision.
