Employee Performance Specialist, Nuclear Sector

The Employee Performance Specialist will be integral to a distinguished project team, collaborating closely with the site personnel. This role is pivotal within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee mechanisms for continuous employee performance evaluations specific to the nuclear sector.
  • Offer insights to improve the rewards and recognition framework.
  • Support business and project objectives by prioritizing organizational capabilities.
  • Facilitate talent evaluation and workforce planning for a high-achieving team.
  • Promote human resource policies and practices that comply with industry standards.
  • Deploy tools and resources throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in employee evaluation and recognition, ideally within a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with project management and change management methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Capability to operate independently and engage with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proficient in PC and relevant software applications.
