Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Solution Architect to join our team at Experis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of software solutions for clients, including requirements gathering, design, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and testing plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve software solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including training and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in software development and architecture.
  • Experience with Java, Microservices Automation, and Cloud technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Desirable to have certification in one of the Cloud Technologies (Azure, Google, AWS).
