- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role
As a part of a Wholesale establishment/store, the Lead Cashier will thrive in a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers and sales staff
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Authorize payments and manage returns of merchandise
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of products
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance and staffing
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
This role includes direct supervision of cashiers, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
