Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an External Testing Office/Canada e-School Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our international students, ensuring a seamless experience for them throughout their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to international students, including registration, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the coordination of external testing and assessments for international students.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information and test results.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
