  • Tasks:
    • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient workflow.
    • Work with minimal supervision to demonstrate independence and self-motivation.
    • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain high standards of hygiene.
    • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a safe and clean environment.
    • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
    • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair to ensure the longevity of our facilities.
    • Perform minor repairs on appliances to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Work Environment: Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • Language: English.
