Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Environment

The position is based in the Transportation sector, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and related summaries.
  • Maintain comprehensive work records and logs.
  • Organize and manage warehouse and operational areas effectively.
  • Perform various general office duties as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
  • Assist in the upkeep of communications equipment.
  • Dispatch personnel in accordance with established schedules and work orders.
  • Address and follow up on any issues related to work orders.
  • Monitor and keep track of shipments throughout the process.
  • Maintain detailed records of vehicle operator activities.
