Position Overview:
RH Vision is seeking a committed and knowledgeable Orthopedagogist to enhance our educational initiatives.
In this pivotal role, the Orthopedagogist will be instrumental in facilitating support for learners facing challenges in an inclusive educational framework.
Key responsibilities encompass collaborating with educational institutions to design, execute, and assess tailored intervention strategies, offering support to educators, and demonstrating effective pedagogical techniques.
The preferred candidate will possess a Master's degree in Special Education or a Bachelor's degree in Education complemented by a Certificate in Orthopedagogy, along with 3-5 years of relevant teaching experience.
Proficiency in data management, familiarity with educational methodologies, and bilingual capabilities are essential. Experience in a francophone minority educational context is advantageous.The ideal applicant will exhibit discretion, strong collaborative and independent working abilities, a willingness to travel, and the ability to pass a vulnerable sector screening.
Compensation: In accordance with the existing collective agreement for educational personnel.
