About the Role

Cascade Aerospace is seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Structures (AME S) to join our team. As an AME S, you will be responsible for performing aircraft maintenance, repairs, and overhaul tasks related to structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and overhaul tasks on aircraft structures in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Assist and coach junior technicians as required to ensure efficient and accurate work completion.
  • Ensure all paperwork, documentation, and reporting associated with repairs are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide coaching and leadership to junior technicians to develop their skills and progress in the trade.
  • Ensure all work tasks are performed in accordance with Cascade Aerospace's health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Be familiar with and adhere to Cascade Aerospace's Human Resources, attendance, safety, and security policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (approved by TCA or the applicable governing body).
  • 48+ months' experience performing AME duties.
  • Holder of AME license or equivalency.
  • Good communication skills: fluent written and verbal English is mandatory.
  • Basic Computer Skills: word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
  • Specific knowledge of manufacturing, maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft or systems and components in the areas of Structures and/or Composites.
  • Ability to ensure that approved standards of quality control are maintained.
  • Safe work practices and techniques.
  • Basic coaching and leadership skills.
