Child Care Provider Role Overview

As a Child Care Provider at Yan Zhang, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and development of children in a safe and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Household Management: Take full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a well-organized and clean environment.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform essential cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a tidy living space.
  • Grocery Shopping: Shop for food and household supplies as needed to support daily activities.
  • Clothing Care: Wash, iron, and press clothing and linens to ensure proper hygiene and presentation.
  • Child Discipline: Implement discipline strategies as requested by parents to promote positive behavior.
  • Personal Hygiene Instruction: Teach children about personal hygiene and social skills to foster their development.
  • Activity Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of daily activities and health information for each child.
  • Safety Maintenance: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children at all times.
  • Activity Organization: Plan and organize engaging activities, including games and outings, to promote fun and learning.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to the dietary needs of children.
  • Rest Supervision: Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring they are comfortable and secure.
  • Transportation: Safely transport children to and from school and appointments as required.
  • Emotional Support: Attend to the emotional well-being of children, providing comfort and guidance.
  • Homework Assistance: Help children with their homework to support their educational development.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
  • Certificates: First Aid Certificate is required.
  • Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Work Conditions:
