Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking highly motivated sales-oriented individuals to create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Financial Sales Representative, you will educate and offer Financial Products on behalf of one of Canada's most trusted and iconic brands.

Compensation Package

$16.55/hr minimum protection guarantee + commission. This competitive base wage and great commission structure allow you to increase your take-home pay each week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's product
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a great experience
  • Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when working with customer information

  • Outgoing, personable, and enjoys interacting with people
  • Customer service or sales experience an asset
  • Comfortable delivering key messages
