Job Title: Computer Systems Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Repair Technician to join our team at Techise. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex computer systems and electronic equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify faults and defects
  • Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools
  • Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults using technical knowledge and diagnostic equipment
  • Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning
  • Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports
  • Prepare cost estimates and provide technical support to customers
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent technical knowledge of computer systems and electronic equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Work Environment:

As a Computer Systems Repair Technician, you will work in a variety of settings, including on-site customer service and various locations. You will be required to travel to customer sites and work in a fast-paced environment.
