About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Tailor to join our team at Bill Miles Men's Fashions Limited. As a key member of our design and production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, made-to-measure garments that meet the exacting standards of our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Pattern Making: Design patterns to fit measurements, ensuring a perfect fit for each garment.
  • Garment Construction: Make made-to-measure garments according to customer and manufacturing specifications, using a range of techniques including sewing machines and hand-sewing.
  • Alterations and Repairs: Fit, alter, and repair garments as required, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on garments to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our design and production teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient production processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, ability to distinguish between colors, client focus, reliability, and team player.
