Position Overview

The role of a Building Repair Technician involves ensuring the functionality and safety of various systems within the property.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.

  • Conduct adjustments and minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with professionals for significant repairs.

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repairs.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Be prepared for physically demanding activities, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
