Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2186908 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Oversee and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, manage sales floor operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and processing merchandise, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends and making recommendations for improvement.
- Store Operations: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage store finances, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Team Development: Hire, train, and develop staff members, including apprentices and sales associates, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
- Work Term: Permanent.
