About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Danma Kitchen Cabinets Ltd. as a Precision Fabrication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality components and parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain CNC Machines: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components and parts with high precision and accuracy.
  • Read and Interpret Engineering Drawings: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to understand production requirements.
  • Repair and Maintain Machine Tools: Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Set Up and Adjust Production Machinery: Set up and adjust production machinery to meet production requirements.
  • Fabricate and Assemble Components: Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Maintain quality control by verifying dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
  • Document and Report: Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in CNC machining or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Experience with computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. The work environment is fast-paced with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have a strong attention to detail.
