Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Kolani Kitchens and Baths Inc is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Merchandise and Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products to drive sales growth.
  • Store Operations: Manage store opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
  • Work Setting: Retail business
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, attention to detail, ability to distinguish between colours
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, initiative, judgement, ability to multitask
