Value Village, a member of the Savers family, is a leading global retailer specializing in secondhand merchandise. We provide a wide array of gently used, high-quality apparel, accessories, and household goods. Our operational philosophy of 'Rethink, Reuse' emphasizes the importance of purchasing, reselling, and recycling, which allows us to contribute significantly to environmental sustainability by diverting over 700 million pounds of used goods from landfills annually. Furthermore, we support more than 100 non-profit organizations by acquiring donated items, thereby generating income that aids their essential community initiatives.

With over 300 locations operating under various brand names such as Value Village, Savers, and Unique, we are committed to making a positive impact.

As a Store Team Leader, your role is crucial in linking the efforts of your team to the financial performance of your store. Our Sales Supervisors are empowered to make key decisions that influence their store's success on a daily basis, while also fostering the growth and development of their team members.
