Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at House of.

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Operate a cash register, accurately handling cash and making change.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging products.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
  • Greet customers, discuss product offerings, and provide recommendations.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Criminal record check required.
  • Reference required.
