As a valued member of Mr. Rooter, you will play a vital role in providing essential plumbing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Customer Interaction – You will engage with clients who reach out for assistance with their plumbing and drainage concerns.

· Problem Diagnosis – After a thorough assessment, you will identify the issues and present homeowners with various solutions.

· Comprehensive Plumbing Evaluations – You will conduct full plumbing inspections to uncover existing or potential problems, helping clients avoid future plumbing emergencies.

· Solution Delivery – You will provide clients with detailed explanations and the best options to address their current plumbing issues while also preventing future complications.

· Customer Satisfaction – We value feedback from our clients, which we use to maintain high service standards and enhance our reputation.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

· Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs, bend, stoop, and access confined spaces.

· Possession of a valid driver's license and insurability for driving company vehicles.
