Job Title: Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at Ontario Inc. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for administering programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas. This includes performing administrative tasks, planning development projects, developing venture capital sources, and conducting surveys and analyzing data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data analysis and report writing
  • Plan and develop marketing strategies to promote business investment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote business investment
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • College/CEGEP diploma in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Working Conditions:

The Marketing Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
