Position Overview

As a Heating and Cooling Specialist at Heat Tech Mechanical, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of heating and refrigeration systems. This role requires a blend of technical skills and customer service expertise.

Work Conditions

Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain heating systems
  • Overhaul refrigeration systems
  • Interpret technical blueprints and instructions
  • Troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling systems
  • Coach apprentices in technical skills
  • Perform system tests for leaks and ensure proper functionality
  • Maintain refrigerant systems and components
Qualifications
  • Certification as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic
  • Familiarity with energy conservation and electrical devices
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
  • Capable of lifting heavy loads
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods
