About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Broadcast Stager to join our team at Rogers Sports & Media. As a key member of our scenic design department, you will be responsible for executing and presenting sets and products in a manner that enhances sales and meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visually merchandise products in a clear and enticing manner to showcase offers and style options.
  • Work with staging partners to review show priorities and discuss set plan information.
  • Collaborate with Scenic Design Associates to ensure vision is implemented on set and assist with styling and scenic when necessary.
  • Work with the planning department to script challenges and make necessary adjustments during shifts.
  • Assist vendors, on-air guests, and show hosts with studio setup and product preparation.
  • Ensure proper sign-out of items worn by hosts and guests and maintain a professional environment.
  • Work efficiently with minimal supervision and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Broadcast Production, Visual Presentation, or Theatre Arts.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Broadcast, Visual Merchandising, or Theatre production, with a portfolio of previous projects.
  • Previous retail visual merchandising experience required, with a focus on display techniques and composition basics.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations, stand for long periods, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work with short notice, on holidays, evenings, and weekends.
