Municipal Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Municipal Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at CIMA+. As a key member of our multidisciplinary Infrastructure team, you will have the opportunity to work on municipal engineering projects of various sizes in the Greater Montreal area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop stormwater management structures, sewer systems, waterworks, and roadways, and plan excavation and grading work.
  • Coordinate the technical aspects of projects with design technicians, other disciplines involved, the customer, and third parties.
  • Prepare technical specifications, quotation forms, construction cost estimates, and various studies (specific techniques, feasibility, and preliminary design).
  • Plan work phases and schedules.
  • Assist the project manager with management tasks.
  • Carry out occasional site visits and provide follow-up (technical assistance) from the office.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the field.
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
  • Good command of written and spoken French.
  • ASP Construction card or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
