Job Title: Advisory Services Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Advisory Services Director to lead our Wealth Advisor team in Ontario. As a key member of our Advisory Services leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the performance, direction, and growth of our Wealth Advisor team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Wealth Advisors to achieve strategic and business objectives
  • Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and resource management strategies
  • Partner with Wealth Advisors to establish annual business and development plans, and provide regular support to ensure successful performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators to ensure client service standards are met and a bespoke client experience is delivered
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corporate projects and initiatives
  • Manage advisor capacity and client file allocation, including new client allocation and compensation structure administration
  • Recruit, onboard, and integrate new Wealth Advisors into the team
  • Develop and implement talent development and career progression programs for Wealth Advisors
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing advisor/relationship manager role
  • 8+ years of related work experience in wealth management with a track record of leading a team of professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
