We are on the lookout for a Project Coordinator (Facilities) to enhance our team in Edmonton. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to facilitate the effective implementation of project strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a background in engineering or construction management, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience in project coordination within the construction field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for facilities maintenance and capital initiatives
  • Assist in pre-construction planning processes
  • Collaborate with Project Manager and Superintendent throughout the construction phase
  • Oversee subcontractor relationships and conduct performance assessments
  • Complete post-construction activities, including project close-out

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience as a project coordinator
  • Familiarity with facilities systems is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
