Construction Labourer Role Overview

As a vital member of our team at Shyam Drywall Ltd., the Construction Labourer will play a crucial role in various construction projects. This position requires a dedicated individual who is ready to contribute to the success of our operations.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
  • Experience: Candidates should have between 1 to 7 months of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently load, unload, and transport materials essential for construction.
  • Assist in the erection and dismantling of structures such as concrete forms, scaffolding, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and spread construction materials including concrete and asphalt.
  • Support demolition activities as needed.
  • Organize and clean salvaged materials for reuse.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Remove debris and rubble from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operate machinery and equipment utilized in construction processes.
Work Environment:
  • Expect a noisy and dusty atmosphere typical of construction sites.
Work Setting:
  • Engagement in various locations as required by project needs.
Physical Demands:
  • This role is physically demanding and requires stamina.
Weight Handling:
  • Ability to handle loads up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
