Are you ready to make a significant impact in the maritime industry? We are seeking a skilled naval architecture technician to engage in various phases of vessel maintenance and repair. This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate tender documents, detailing the technical elements of each project while assessing feasibility and potential risks;
  • Prepare technical specifications and perform essential calculations for project execution;
  • Assist in the planning of work schedules;
  • Utilize CAD systems for design and drafting tasks;
  • Create and revise reports and drawings in line with contractual obligations and established protocols;
  • Design modifications for vessels, equipment, or operational methods to facilitate the integration of new components;
  • Support ongoing improvements across all operational sectors;
  • Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to client specifications and regulatory standards;
  • Participate in health, safety, and environmental management initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • DEC in naval architecture technology;
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Proficient in AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office applications;
  • ONGC certification is advantageous;
  • Bilingual capabilities;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy;
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team;
  • Capacity to perform under pressure.
