Job DescriptionWe're seeking an exceptional Embedded Software/Hardware Engineer to join our team. As an integral part of Kynze, you'll be responsible for designing and coding our hardware platforms, including FPGA, BLE modules, and firmware. Your expertise in analog and digital electronics, circuit design, simulation, and testing will be invaluable in creating microprocessor-based products.
Your key responsibilities will include designing electronic hardware for each project, developing optimized firmware, and documenting your designs and research according to our company's protocol. You'll also be expected to continuously update our documentation to reflect the latest developments.
Requirements- Academic Background: A degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.
- Technical Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
- Strong experience in analog and digital circuits.
- Proficiency in embedded systems and firmware development.
- Experience with programming languages such as C++, Python, etc.
- Understanding of communication protocols including I2C, SPI, UART, and USB.
- Hands-on experience with in-circuit debuggers and electronic test equipment.
- Experience with Android or iOS application development is an asset.
- Experience with firmware/applications development for other wireless technologies is an asset.
- Experience with wireless protocols such as BLE.
- Experience in designing and testing PCBs with EAGLE/ALTIUM.
- Deep understanding of modern MCU architectures (Nordic, ESP32, STM32, etc.).
- Experience in bringing a product to market is an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a team of engineers.
- Ability to multi-task, set project priorities, and establish task-focused goals and objectives.
- Ability to write clean, understandable, robust, and sustainable code tailored for embedded systems.
