About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Success Team Manager to join our team at Spektrix. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and support to our direct reports, enabling them to succeed in their roles and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Client Success professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and address skill gaps within the team, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Client Success or leadership role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.
  • Experience with cloud-based software and ticketing systems, with a strong understanding of the arts and technology industry.
